PEQUEÑO ALPAMAYO (5.350 m - 17.613 ft)

Climbing 2 Days

Day 1. LA PAZ – BASE CAMP

Departure from La Paz at 08:00 am., after two hours and a half trip we arrive to Tuni lagoon where we leave the vehicle, we begin the three hours hike to the base camp at 4.700 m. where we spend the night.

Day 2. BACE CAMP – SUMMIT

At 01.00 am. we prepare the equipment and start to climb 5 or 6 hours summit, then return to base camp continue to tuni and return to La Paz.

In regard to the climbing gear we have plastic boots, crampons, harness, ice axe, jacket, trousers, gloves, gaiters, mattress, and tent.
